PSYCHIATRIST
We have immediate openings for two psychiatrists to continue to provide quality care. The work schedule is flexible. May be fully telemedicine or a combination of telemedicine and travel for face-to-face services. This may include Medical Director duties. Compensation starts at $2000 per day part-time, $250,000 full-time. Non-psychiatrist might be less than listed above.
Minimum Duties:
- Provide timely psychiatric, substance abuse, and/or medical evaluations for patients to determine treatment needs.
- Provide medication management and ongoing care consistent with current practice standards
- Develop treatment plans
- Work in conjunction with agency APRNs, Counselors, ALF, and nursing home staff to monitor and update treatment plans as appropriate.
- Complete chart reviews as required
- Document all patient services in a timely manner in computer software
- Provide guidance for agency clinical staff for issues pertaining to patient treatment
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Doctorate (M.D. or D.O.) in Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- 2 years of Psychiatric experience
- Current Florida Medical License
- Current DEA License
- Current Florida Driver’s License
LICENSED COUNSELORS
We are looking for licensed LCSW(s) or LMHC(s) to provide mental health and/or substance abuse counseling at private homes and assisted living facilities in the Volusia County, Lake Alfred, and Jacksonville areas. Flexible Work Schedule, 2-3 days per week; caseload of approximately 40 clients. Salary: $25-$40 per hour.
- Minimum Duties :
- Providing individual or family counseling,
- coordinating client care with other team members, including physicians/APRNs,
- completing chart reviews,
- evaluating client histories to arrange for appropriate treatment plans,
- linking clients with community resources as needed,
- entering client notes in a SOAP format into a computer system.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Minimum Requirements
- Current LMHC or LCSW license
- Current Florida Driver's License
- Two years experience is required, ongoing education will be considered.
- Must be willing to travel and adjust work schedule to meet the needs of the facilities.
- Bilingual is a plus.
